VICON

VICON – are specialized refractory concretes intended for making monolithic brickwork. They are based on pure refractory aggregates and clay cements.

VICON by the composition and method of application are divided into: insulation and compact: conventional, medium and low cement, self-oiled.

Vicon RCI - are lightweight aluminosilicate and vermiculite insulating concretes designed for work at temperatures up to 1300°C and in less mechanically loaded areas such as back layers of linings, side walls. RCI concretes are characterized by low density and thermal conductivity as well as very high resistance to thermal shocks.

Vicon RCC - compact refractory concretes conventional, medium and low cement, self-oiled. They are designed to work at temperatures up to 1600°C on working layers such as furnace stems, burner fittings. Depending on the grade, these concretes can be applied by pouring, vibrating or shotcreting. RCC concretes are characterized by high compactness and high mechanical parameters.

 

Anchor systems

We also offer a wide range of anchoring elements for linings made of refractory and mixed concrete: insulation material - refractory concrete.
