The balance between the company and its environment is the basis for functioning. In 2017, our company implemented and certified the Integrated Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015. At the same time, we carry out activities that limit interference in the natural environment. This is one of our priorities. We are aware of the importance of a responsible production approach, taking into account its impact on the environment. That is why we work intensively to minimize our impact on the quality of the environment. This is possible thanks to management based on the principles of sustainable development. We invest in innovative production technologies that respect the environment. We operate in such a way as not to exceed environmental standards.
The activities we carry out within the company include:
- Compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. We also develop and produce environmentally friendly products, focusing on their final use and subsequent recycling;
- Effective use of available natural resources, raw materials, energy and water;
- Promoting attitudes of responsibility and involvement in environmental protection activities among employees;
- Ensuring that our suppliers and contractors know the rules and comply with the environmental policy;
- Effective material management - in our activities, we strive to achieve CLOSED CIRCULAR PRODUCTION. This is a production whose concept is to treat waste as raw materials that can be reused in the production process, thereby limiting the industry's impact on the natural environment. Rational resource management and a longer life cycle of waste materials minimizes the consumption of raw materials and brings significant savings. We act in accordance with this idea and we are on a very good path! We change our production processes in such a way as to use resources and materials effectively;
- Reducing the amount of waste generated by:
- The above-mentioned reuse of post-production waste;
- Reusing collective packaging (pallets, big bags);
- Waste segregation system for recycling;
- Elimination of bottled water - we use tap water;
- Reduction of the amount of paper used - in accordance with the "Paperless" principle;
- Support for waste recycling initiatives;
- The use of pro-environmental solutions in the production process, e.g. in the form of an installed dust removal system (air purification in production rooms allows for more efficient operation of machines and less exposure to dust of employees operating them), or no heat loss as a result of air recirculation within the dust removal system;
- Maintaining machines and devices in proper technical condition.
