QUALITY POLICY IS IMPLEMENTED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES

  • striving to increase customer satisfaction with the quality of services offered,
  • identifying customer needs and providing them with services at the highest level,
  • active participation of all employees in planning and achieving goals,
  • raising employee qualifications,
  • cooperation with qualified suppliers in the field of continuous improvement of the quality of services provided,
  • continuous development and improvement of process management in the field of quality management system.

Striving to constantly improve the quality of services provided through diligent compliance with the above-mentioned provisions is the responsibility of every employee of the company.

The President of the Management Board takes an active part in the implementation of the objectives set, with a fully aware commitment to provide adequate resources within the resources he possesses.

Our Quality Policy is the declaration of the President of the Management Board to increase efforts in all areas of activity aimed at improving the organizational system and the quality of services offered.

Each employee is responsible for the development of the quality management system and knows it and respects the assumptions of this policy.
