2. Personal data will be processed by VOITER SP. z o.o. especially:
A. ursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) and lit. c) EU-GDPR * to:
a. take action to implement and deliver the order to which the data subject is a party. By placing an order with VOITER Sp. z o.o., the Ordering Party agrees to place the personal data provided by them in the VOITER Sp. z o.o. database and to process them in order to process the order. Providing personal data by the Ordering Party is voluntary, however, the lack of consent may prevent the execution of the order by VOITER Sp. z o.o.
b. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
B. based on the legitimate interest of VOITER Sp. z o.o. [i.e. based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR] in order to:
a. pursuing or securing claims;
3. Period for which personal data will be stored
A. personal data processed in order to conclude or perform a sales contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary for:
a. after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling)
b. securing or pursuing any claims due to VOITER sp. z o.o.
c. fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
4. Rights of the person to whom the personal data relates:
A. the right to access the content of your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes data and information regarding such processing
B. the right to rectify data if the data processed by the Administrator is incorrect or incomplete
C. the right to request the Administrator to delete data
D. the right to request the Administrator to limit data processing
E. the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Administrator and send it to another administrator;
F. the right to object to data processing on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest or to processing for direct marketing
G. the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory body or supervisory body of another Member State of the European Union, competent for the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or for the place of alleged violation of the GDPR
H. the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal)
I. the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the Administrator, express their own position and to challenge a decision based on automated data processing.
5. Categories of data recipients (entities processing personal data on behalf of VOITER sp. z o.o. telecommunications companies, postal operators, shipping companies and brokers, accounting office.
