The equipment of workstations in our company complies with the principles of occupational health and safety. We pay great attention to the conditions in which our employees work. To ensure their comfort of work, we meet the requirements regarding lighting, operating temperature, vibrations, noise and other troublesome factors. We systematically carry out activities aimed at limiting the impact of harmful factors of the production process on the health of employees (e.g. the use of a dust removal system which, by purifying the air in production rooms, allows for more efficient operation of machines and less exposure to employee dust).


We also encourage our employees to actively participate in activities for sustainable development, not only at work, but also in their private lives.
