V-LITE

V-LITE – refractory insulating bricks and fittings cover the full range of applications up to 1860°C. They are made of pure raw materials with the addition of organic fillers, which in the firing process create a structure with evenly distributed pores. The physical and chemical properties of V-Lite allow us to satisfy the most demanding and diverse needs. The V-lite density has been chosen to obtain optimal thermal conductivity at the application temperature. The dimensional tolerance of the offered products is within ± 1 mm.

  • High working temperature
  • High resistance to thermal shock
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • High cold compressive strength
  • Low Fe2O3 content that guarantees mechanical properties at operating temperature
  • High temperature deformation resistance
  • The lowest possible CaO content allows stable operation in an atmosphere containing sulfur / HCl
  • Dimensional stability
