VICA 1000 – is a light silicate calcium insulation board. Due to their high resistance to carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, VICA 1000 boards can be used in furnaces with a reducing atmosphere. They do not decay after 200 hours of exposure to CO at 450°C. Low thermal shock resistance eliminates their use as liner working layer. However, they work perfectly as a back layer under linings made of concrete or refractory fittings.
VICA 1000 is available in the form of boardss, pipe lagging and fittings according to individual needs.A version impregnated or coated with aluminum is also available.
